Our Client is a long standing major national builder in Melbourne.
They have been in operation for 50+ years and turnover in excess of $150M annually.
They specialise in commercial, residential and retail projects ranging in value from $20M - $80M.
Their head office is based in the inner suburbs, but the majority of their project delivery teams being based onsite.
The role may vary depending on experience levels.
If you have no industry experience, the successful candidate working across various facets of the industry, from onsite roles in the project team and in the delivery site team as well as in their city office, working within the Estimating and Design teams.
You will be rotated in different areas of the business initially before finding your home within the business.
If you have some industry experience, you could be put straight into a Project Coordinator position immediately out onsite with the project and site team.
Day to day duties in these roles would be as follows; Actively promote and implement the company's safety policies, procedures, and practices to ensure ongoing compliance with OH S legislation and maintain a consistently safe working setting.
Maintain adherence to the Company's Quality,



Occupational Health Safety, and Environmental Policies and Procedures.
Support the trade package tender process by helping prepare and approve tender documentation, issuing and receiving tenders, evaluating submissions, and preparing tender recommendations for approval.
Contribute to the administration of awarded trade packages, including handling progress claims, managing variations, and finalising accounts.
Assist with the administration of the Head Contract, including preparation of progress claims, managing extension of time requests, and processing variations.
Organise and manage project documentation, maintaining an accurate document control register and ensuring timely distribution of documents to all relevant parties.
Provide support with general site operations, office tasks, and administrative duties as needed.
To be considered you will either be at Uni and ideally finishing your final year, or have recently finished your degree in the last year or two and keen on moving to a tier two commercial builder.
You will have a positive enthusiastic attitude and a desire to grow a career in the construction industry.
Salary is genuinely flexible depending on experience with a range of $70,000 - $110,000 + super.
