This role offers
3 to 4 days per week

About the Role
As a Side Lift Driver, you will play an important role in servicing our local community by collecting residential waste and recycling. Working independently and as part of a small team, you'll ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently, and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Operate side lift collection vehicles safely and efficiently
Complete domestic waste and recycling collection runs
Follow run sheets and route mapping accurately
Conduct daily vehicle safety checks
Utilise basic computer systems and onboard technology
Maintain a strong focus on safety, customer service, and environmental compliance
Previous experience in the waste industry is advantageous but not essential.
What We're Looking For
Unrestricted HR Driver Licence
Satisfactory RMS driving record




Strong commitment to workplace safety
Effective communication and customer service skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and flexible attitude
Ability to work independently and within a team
Solution-focused approach to challenges
