Located in Huskisson NSW ****, Pasta Buoy is a restaurant offering a range of food and beverage options in a casual dining setting.
The restaurant is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Trade Waiter to become part of their growing team.
Key Responsibilities Providing professional table service, taking food and beverage orders and ensuring a high-quality dining experience for guests.
Providing customers with information about menu items, specials and beverages and responding to enquiries in a knowledgeable and friendly manner.
Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with venue standards and applicable requirements.
Setting up and clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness and presentation throughout the dining area.
Processing customer payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Liaising effectively with kitchen and other front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
Monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing service-related enquiries or concerns professionally.




Maintaining a high standard of presentation and service throughout each shift.
Complying with food safety, hygiene, Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and workplace health and safety requirements.
About You At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Trade Waiter or in a similar hospitality role.
Strong knowledge of skilled food and beverage service procedures.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to provide attentive and skilled table service.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members.
Well-presented, reliable and committed to providing high-quality customer service.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Job Type: Permanent / Full-time Salary: AUD $70,000 – $90,000 per annum Location: Huskisson NSW ****
