You'll support participants with complex needs to live fulfilling lives — whether at home or out in the community.
What You'll Be Doing Provide personal care with dignity and respect Safely perform manual handling tasks Support daily routines, recreation, and skill-building activities Administer medication and monitor wellbeing Work as part of a purpose-driven, compassionate team Work 1:1 with participants in the community Use your own vehicle (with reimbursement) Be available for a mix of short and long shifts across weekdays, evenings, and weekends Who We're Looking For You're someone who is:
Brave and compassionate — ready to support people with complex needs Flexible and reliable — comfortable with varied shifts, including overnight A team player — communicates clearly and works collaboratively Committed to safety and quality — follows care plans and reporting protocols What You'll Need Certificate III or above in Disability Support (preferred) Unrestricted full driver's licence Ability to obtain a National Police Check, Working with Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or already have them) At Possability, we don't just support people — we champion their right to live a good life.
