As a key member of their team, you'll have the opportunity to shape the day-to-day experience for staff, clients, and visitors, contributing directly to the studio's reputation for excellence and collaborative spirit.
Key Responsibilities Take ownership of front-of-house duties, welcoming visitors with professionalism, managing studio tidiness, and organising meeting room setups for critical client presentations and team workshops.
Lead studio administration, expertly managing document control, preparing visually compelling presentations using InDesign, and coordinating studio meetings, events, and ad-hoc administrative needs.
Maintain a thriving, safe, and aesthetically inspiring studio environment by overseeing supplies, liaising with building management, and supporting workplace health and safety procedures.
Provide dedicated director-level support, managing diaries, travel logistics, correspondence, and ensuring timely communication to keep leadership aligned and efficient.
Drive studio culture by organising engaging events such as Friday drinks, social activities, and the annual offsite, while supporting recruitment, onboarding, and HR record maintenance.




Support compliance initiatives by assisting with ISO documentation and participating in safety and environmental management groups to uphold the studio's certification standards.
Skills Experience Proven experience as a Studio Coordinator, Office Manager, or similar role within an architecture practice or professional services environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks independently with high attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, and capable of producing high-quality presentation materials.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.
A personable, proactive team player committed to supporting a collaborative and sustainable studio culture.
Exposure to facilities management, health safety protocols, and administrative support for senior leadership.
