We are currently working with a well-established Tier 2 civil contractor that is looking for an experienced Subdivision Supervisor to join their growing team.
This is a great opportunity for a Supervisor with strong subdivision experience who is looking to work on quality projects with a reputable contractor.
The Role You will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day delivery of subdivision projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities include: Supervising civil subdivision works from commencement through to completion Managing crews, subcontractors and plant on site Coordinating daily site activities and ensuring programs are maintained Overseeing earthworks, drainage, sewer, water, roads and pavements Ensuring works are completed in accordance with plans and specifications Maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and project teams Ensuring high standards of safety and quality are maintained Reporting on site progress,
productivity and any issues that arise About You Previous experience as a Supervisor within civil construction Strong subdivision experience Experience across earthworks, drainage, sewer, roads and pavements Ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing Good communication and organisational skills A strong focus on safety, quality and delivering projects on time What's on Offer?
