You'll lead an established, self-reliant team and create a warm, welcoming and personalised customer experience in a category where fit, comfort and confidence really matter .
$45K + Super | 25 hours per week | No late nights | 3-day weekend every month What you'll be responsible for Lead and motivate an established team to deliver exceptional customer service Drive store performance, KPIs and commercial results Coach and develop your team through regular feedback and support Create a positive, inclusive and customer-first store culture Oversee daily operations, stock processes and store presentation Deliver strong visual merchandising with commercial judgement What's on offer $45,000 + Super 25 hours per week on average Tuesday-Saturday roster No late nights One 3-day weekend every month Additional Wellness Day 50% product discount , plus 30% for family and friends Genuine learning and development, including leadership programs Eligibility for a Retail Incentive Scheme What we're looking for An experienced ASM ready to step into Store Management ,
