About the Opportunity This is a fantastic entry-level chance within a structured training program designed to support women into long-term careers as Operator Drivers.
The successful candidate will commence as a contingent worker with Cat5 for an initial 3-month period before transitioning into the Women on Wheels program.
Duties responsibilities Yard support and site-based tasks Basic administrative duties Shadowing and learning operational routes and responsibilities Participation in a hands-on learning environment Skills experience Current driver's licence (minimum 2 years, no L plates) Must be Karratha-based with own accommodation (residential role, no FIFO or housing provided) Ability to pass pre-employment medicals,



including Fit2Drive assessment Willingness to receive required vaccinations Ability to pass and maintain Drug Alcohol screening Ability to complete a National Police Clearance Benefits 12-month structured training pathway Hands-on experience and supported training Assistance to obtain your HR licence Pathway to long-term employment as an Operator Driver How to Apply This program offers a pathway to long-term career development, with the potential for ongoing employment for the right candidate upon successful completion of the training program.
