Well established, growing organisation Campbelltown area Fixed term contract - 1 year with possible extension We are partnering with a growing Transport Equipment Rentals business to source a customer focused individual to assist their fleet team based in the Campbelltown area.
You will be involved with all aspects of customer service, including coordinating the hiring and de-hiring of all company equipment.
Reporting to the site Operations Manager, you will ensure all equipment for hire is "Hire Ready" and available to meet customer requirements and bookings.
About the role: Manage all incoming phone calls for hire or hire enquiry to assist the caller for rental equipment details, specific rates or other general information.
Assist with all "Walk-in" customers to the branch.
Seek and embrace opportunities to upsell hire products Coordinate reservations to ensure equipment is ready for hire.
Ensure essential information is entered into the appropriate systems for reservations, license renewals, permits, servicing, invoicing,



contracts Assess fleet returns on return General administration work and support to the branch.
About you: Great communication skills and telephone manner Strong customer service experience Can do attitude Strong planning and organisational skills Strong computer skills Willingness to be hands on - inspect vehicles upon return Transport and/or Fleet experience is advantageous This is a one year fixed term contract and a great opportunity for someone who wants to join a great business, work close to home and enjoy a varied, dynamic role!
