As a Technology Officer you will be part of a small but ambitious Council, supporting our greatest asset- our staff.
This role will provide you with the prospect to utilise your skills in the area of 1st Level technical support to internal customers as part of the IT services team, with the focus on the providing excellent customer service and timely problem resolution.

What You'll Be Working On The main purpose of this role is to administer, develop and maintain Council's IT systems and applications, as well as, to administer and report projects and assess and mitigate risks to Council's systems.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for timely, professional and friendly customer service (including hands-on assistance).
What You'll Bring to the Role To be successful in this role you will hold tertiary qualifications in MCSE at least **** server infrastructure.
You will bring at least 3 years' experience as a System Administrator covering aspects such as change control, configuration and upgrading, scripting, monitoring and performance analysis.
This position is subject to a National Police Check undertaken by Council.
