*

Manage customer enquiries, complaints and feedback, ensuring timely and professional responses.
*
Work closely with project teams to identify risks, manage issues and support positive project outcomes.
*
Monitor communication effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
*
Support reputation management initiatives and help promote the D4C and Sydney Water brands.
About you
We're looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, loves working with people and understands how to connect with diverse audiences.
You'll bring:
* Experience in communications, community engagement, stakeholder relations, public relations, marketing or a related field.
* Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging and audience-focused content.
* Confidence using social media and digital communication platforms to engage communities and stakeholders.
* Experience working in project-based environments such as infrastructure, construction, utilities, government or similar industries.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
* The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong problem-solving skills and confidence handling community enquiries and sensitive issues.
* Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Community Engagement or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
* A current driver's licence.
The benefits of working with D4C
At D4C you'll enjoy a secure, long-term pipeline of interesting and challenging projects, where safety, innovation and collaboration are encouraged, recognised and rewarded.
