About the role : We are currently seeking a motivated Compliance Trainer – Fixed Plant Traineeships to facilitate training delivery for our successful fixed plant operator traineeship in this high impact role .
Working an 8:6 roster, across all MinRes operations and client sites, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping the future of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to): Facilitate training and assessment across Mineral Resources operations to deliver RII***** Certificate III in Resource Processing for our fixed and processing plant operator trainees (Mining Services division) Creation, review and input into training packages and tools Promote and support the MinRes Training Standards and Processes Upload completed training documentation into training management systems Facilitate comprehensive onboarding for trainees to ensure they are set up for success Monitor trainee progress and performance,
