Job Description As the Training Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in empowering teams with the knowledge, confidence and capability they need to deliver great customer outcomes.
Leading the training and development function during a period of significant transformation, you'll help shape how people learn, adapt and succeed in an evolving setting.
By championing continuous learning and supporting teams through change, you'll contribute to TAL's purpose of creating brighter possibilities, ensuring our people are equipped to make a meaningful difference for customers every day.
In this role you will: Lead the delivery of impactful learning programs that build capability and support exceptional customer outcomes.
Enable teams to confidently adopt new processes, technologies and ways of working through effective training.
Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and implement targeted performance improvement solutions.
Design engaging learning experiences that support induction, ongoing development and business change initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement by using data, feedback and best practices to enhance learning outcomes.
Ensure training governance and compliance requirements are met through robust oversight and quality standards.
Qualifications Experience delivering engaging training programs that build capability, confidence and performance in a contact centre or sales environment.
Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to adapt learning experiences for diverse audiences and learning styles.
Sound understanding of contact centre operations, performance drivers and customer-focused sales environments.
Ability to use data and insights to identify capability gaps and design effective learning solutions that improve outcomes.
A collaborative approach to partnering with stakeholders and supporting teams through change and transformation.
A continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for learning,
innovation and finding better ways to build capability and engagement.
