Our energetic kitchen brigade is looking for a breakfast chef. This position requires you to be a 'morning person' and we are specifically looking for someone with experience. This is your chance to work alongside some of the best in the industry. You will possess exceptional quality standards, a proven track record in a similar environment and demonstrated dedication and teamwork.

About you
· Relevant tertiary qualifications (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery)
· Previous experience in similar roles and environments
· Energy and passion for the hospitality industry
· Commitment to high culinary standards, maintaining excellence in quality and technique
· Strong organisational and time management skills, ability to manage prep, service, and deadlines
· Adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
· Collaborative team mindset, working closely with senior chefs and kitchen teams while contributing ideas and maintaining a positive can-do attitude.
· Impeccable grooming and presentation
· Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and nights
