We are currently seeking a proactive and energetic Administrative Officer to join our Spare Parts team. In this vital role, you'll support the operations of the parts sales and procurement team, to ensure a seamless flow of parts and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
:
Provide daily administrative support to the Spare Parts Department
Assist with order processing, tracking, and coordination of incoming/outgoing parts
Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and customer backorders
Support the sales team with quotes, customer enquiries, and order follow-ups
Work closely with the procurement team to manage purchase orders and supplier communications




Liaise with workshop staff to ensure timely delivery of requested parts
Update and maintain inventory and ordering systems
Assist with reporting, stocktakes, and general office duties
About You
:
Previous experience in administration, ideally within a spare parts, automotive, mechanical, or logistics workplace
High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems (experience with inventory software is a plus)
Able to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively with multiple departments
A positive, solutions-focused team player
A current car Australian Drivers licence
