Position Summary
Working full-time overnight shifts
Anticipate and deliver on all overnight guest touchpoints
In-room dining mis‐en place, delivery and tray collection
Delivery of various requests to guest rooms
Concierge services including porterage and valet parking
Other guest experience services to ensure seamless service
Supports the Night Manager in maintaining safety, security, and operational excellence
About You
Experience with Infrasys and Opera hospitality systems or similar advantageous
Relevant experience in a similar role

Self‐motivated, driven and energized in a fast‐paced environment
Armed with smart solutions and a can‐do attitude
Hold a current Victoria Driver's License, with the ability to confidently operate both manual and automatic vehicles
