A casual position has become available for a Practice Nurse located in Upper Coomera(Medicross Brygon Medical ). We offer a supportive team- based environment in which the Practice Nurse will work closely with GP's to deliver high-quality, individualised care.
Key Responsibilities:
Chronic Disease Management Plans and Health Assessments
Immunisation
Wound Care
Ear syringing
Minor Procedures
Recalls
ECG's and Spirometry
Cold chain vaccine management
Ordering stock and vaccines
General Practice support
Skills and Experience:
Current AHPRA registration:
RN qualified
Knowledge of chronic disease management is essential
Capacity to multi task, prioritise and valuable time management
Must be pro-active with a can do positive attitude
Professional presentation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Prior General Practice nursing experience is advantageous
Computer literate
