We're recruiting for a fast-scaling healthcare business in Sydney's Northern suburbs, a household name in its sector, recently restructured, and backing a genuinely ambitious three-year growth plan.
This is a Senior FP&A; Analyst role reporting directly to the CFO, covering the full planning cycle: budgeting, rolling forecasts, cash flow, variance analysis, and board-level reporting. You'll business partner directly with operational leaders and get real visibility with the executive team.
About the Role:
Planning & forecasting:Leading annual budgets and rolling forecasts, weekly/fortnightly cash flow forecasting, and scenario/sensitivity analysis
Management reporting:Monthly management accounts, P&L; by business unit, variance analysis, board packs and executive presentations
Business partnering:Acting as trusted finance partner to department and business unit heads, translating financial data into insight for non-finance stakeholders
Cost & profitability analysis:Profitability by project/product/channel, cost-saving identification, pricing and margin support
Process improvement:Documenting finance processes, supporting digital transformation initiatives
About You:
CA / CPA qualified
Background in a Big4 or Mid-Tier chartered firm
2 to 3 years experience in FP&A;, financial analysis, commercial analysis or finance business partnering
ERP exposure (NetSuite highly regarded)
Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders - this role is as much about storytelling as spreadsheets
