Gregory Fabrications is expanding our field maintenance team and we're seeking an experienced
LV Fitter
with solid
automotive electrical capability
to join our crew. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced workshop and field environment, takes pride in high‐quality workmanship, and enjoys the stability of a consistent 7/7 FIFO roster.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and diagnostics of light vehicles and ancillary equipment across our operational sites. The role includes both mechanical and electrical fault‐finding, ensuring all LV assets remain safe, reliable, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
LV servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance
Electrical diagnostics, wiring repairs, and accessory installations
Fault‐finding across mechanical and electrical systems
Maintaining accurate service records and reporting
Working safely within site procedures and Gregory Fabrications standards
Supporting workshop and field tasks as required
What We're Looking For
Trade‐qualified
Light Vehicle Mechanic / LV Fitter
Demonstrated
automotive electrical experience
Strong diagnostic capability and problem‐solving skills
Ability to work independently and within a small team
Current driver's licence
Previous mining or heavy industry experience highly regarded
Standard 11 desirable
