Kurri Kurri Hospital in Current South Wales is seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager Level 2 for Surgical Services and Waitlist. This permanent full-time role leads the Perioperative Unit, PACU, CSU and Day Stay, shapes the SDPR rollout and enhances theatre utilisation for safer, smoother patient journeys.
You will work with surgeons, anaesthetists and hospital leaders to drive continuous improvement, develop staff, monitor performance and ensure high-quality patient care.
