Insight Early Learning Moama
is looking for passionate and dedicated
Early Childhood Educators and Early Childhood Teachers (ECTs)
to join our team.
We have
casual and permanent full-time/part-time opportunities
available for
Cert III, Diploma-qualified Educators and qualified ECTs
.
**Applicants must be available to work Monday to Friday between 6:30am and 6:00pm. We welcome part-time applications, so please include your available days and hours in your application.

About the Role
As an
Early Childhood Educator/Teacher
, you will help create a safe, inclusive and engaging environment where children feel supported to learn, grow and develop.
You will demonstrate a genuine commitment to children and a willingness to support
Insight Early Learning's values of Wisdom, Innovation, Sustainability and Equity.
A typical day may include:
Supervising and engaging with children while ensuring their safety and wellbeing
Supporting play-based learning experiences, investigations and projects
Observing, documenting and contributing to children's learning and development
Building positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
Supporting children's health, hygiene, nutrition and daily routines
Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming learning environment
Working across different rooms and supporting the team where needed
Following the centre's policies, procedures and philosophy
Working collaboratively with the Room Leader and Educational Leader to reflect on and improve the program
Assisting with general room routines and other duties as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor
qualification in Early Childhood Education (must-have)
A current and valid
Working with Children Check
(must-have)
Previous experience
in an early childhood setting
A sound understanding of the
EYLF, NQS and child development
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A warm, positive and inclusive approach to working with children and families
Flexibility to work across different age groups and rooms
A genuine commitment to creating safe, nurturing and engaging learning environments
