Local Residential Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Resident Manager for Smith Collective, a 1,254-apartment community in Southport. You will own the tenancy lifecycle from move-in to move-out, handling arrears, inspections, maintenance coordination and bond finalisation in full compliance with Queensland tenancy laws.
You will work closely with Leasing, Resident and Facilities teams to deliver robust commercial outcomes while providing a superior resident experience and timely issue resolution.
