The Position:
This role will support in maximising the efficiency of the Vehicle processing department by providing excellent administrative support in managing and coordinating the departments requirements.
What you will do:
Provide general administrative support
Coordinate onboarding administration for new employees
Provide payroll/agency administration support, including data entry, review, and processing
Raise and process purchase orders
Complete administrative actions arising from toolbox meetings and other operational activities
Coordinate vehicle shipping/wharf documentation
Coordinate office supplies and facility requirements
Other administrative duties as required by management
What you will bring:
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience in roster preparation and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships
Strong initiative with a proactive approach to learning and development
Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Flexible, personable, and effective problem-solving ability
