We are seeking a qualified and motivated
Light Vehicle Mechanic
to join our busy workshop. This role involves diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a wide range of passenger and light commercial vehicles while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and customer care.
Key responsibilities
Perform servicing, maintenance, and repairs on light vehicles
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults efficiently and accurately
Carry out inspections and report on vehicle condition and required repairs
Use diagnostic tools and workshop equipment safely and correctly
Complete job cards and documentation accurately
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
Work collaboratively with the team to meet deadlines and quality standard
Skills and experience
Trade qualification as a
Light Vehicle Mechanic
(Cert III Automotive)
Previous experience in a workshop environment
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive time management and attention to detail
Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
