Qualified Chefs
to join the kitchen team at our exciting new venue.
This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate chefs who thrive in a busy, rapid-paced kitchen, take pride in producing consistently great food and enjoy being part of a professional and energetic team.
You'll work alongside our Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver high-quality food, maintain strong kitchen standards and provide a consistently great experience for our guests.
About the Role
Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard
Work across all sections of the kitchen as required
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency
Assist with food preparation and service during busy periods
Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation standards
Assist with stock rotation, deliveries and general kitchen organisation
Maintain a clean, organised and efficient work environment
Ensure all food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements are followed
Assist with functions, events and special menus when required
About You
Qualified Chef with relevant trade qualifications
Previous experience working in a busy, high-volume kitchen
Strong cooking skills and attention to detail
Passion for producing quality food and maintaining consistent standards
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
Reliable, organised and able to work well as part of a team
Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene requirements
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
