If you have a passion for fashion, excellent customer service skills, and a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you!The Role:As a Casual Sales Assistant you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store. We are on the hunt for a team member that is committed to delivering a level of customer service that surpasses expectations. The successful application will be available to work a set roster that includes both weekdays and weekends.Duties:Provide exceptional customer service: Greet customers warmly, assist them in finding the perfect sunglasses to suit their needs and style, and offer product recommendations.Achieve sales targets: Utilize your sales expertise to drive revenue and meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.Build and maintain customer relationships: Develop a deep understanding of customers' preferences and needs to provide personalized recommendations and ensure repeat business.Product knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest sunglass trends, brand offerings, and product features to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.Merchandising and visual presentation: Assist with maintaining an appealing and organized store environment by arranging displays, and ensuring cleanliness.Cash handling and POS operations: Accurately process sales transactions, handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment, and maintain a balanced cash register.Inventory management: Assist in managing stock levels, including receiving and checking deliveries, performing stock takes, and ensuring proper pricing and labeling.Upselling and cross-selling:
