About Us

GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) is a leading process engineering consulting and contracting company that specialises in providing high quality engineering design and construction services to the mining and mineral processing industries.
We currently have multiple projects on the go and our projection for growth means we are actively looking for talent across all areas of our business.
The Opportunity:
We currently have an opportunity for a Project Quality Coordinator to join our Project Team based in our Ascot Office.




As a Project Quality Coordinator, you would report directly to the Manager of Projects and support the projects team to maintain welding certification and compliance.
Please note potential for adhoc site visits both within Perth and regional will occasionally be required.

Key Responsibilities of the role:
Enforce safe work practices, ensuring that all personnel are adequately trained and supported and that HSE standards are met
Oversee weld tests and welder qualifications in our Perth workshop or onsite
Develop measures to correct non-compliances and implement preventative actions
Training, coaching and competency assessment of personnel where applicable
Assist Project quality teams to ensure GRES Project quality standards are met
Skills/Qualifications:
Cert 10 Welding Supervisor - AS**** & AS**** (preferred)
CSWIP 3.2.1 Senior Welding Inspector (preferred)
AWS Certified Welding Inspector (preferred)
Quality Management System Audit ISO**** Training
Trade Certificate in Welding (Boiler making)
White Card
Current Drivers Licence




Current National Police clearance within 6 months
Be able to pass a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screen
Full and unrestricted Australian working rights
