Joyful Caring Pty Ltd in Parramatta area is seeking Disability Support Workers (Casual) for weekends and weekdays to join our small, owner-run team. You'll support participants with community access, in-home care, and personal care in a consistent roster with the same participants each week.
Casual rates range from $40–$44 per hour on weekdays, higher on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, with 3-hour intro shifts and a supportive, hands-on owner.
