Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, ensuring our customers have a fantastic shopping experience while maintaining the quality and presentation of our stock.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and helpful attitude.
Efficiently process transactions using our Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash accurately.
Maintain beautifully organised, fully stocked, and clean produce displays.
Quality-check fruits and vegetables, rotating stock (First In, First Out) to ensure freshness.
Answer customer questions regarding produce varieties, ripeness, and pricing.
Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety (WHS) guidelines.
Requirements & Skills:
Previous experience in retail,



hospitality, or grocery environments is highly regarded but not essential.
Strong communication skills and a genuine love for working with people.
Excellent attention to detail, especially when monitoring stock freshness and processing payments.
High level of reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Flexibility to work a roster that may include early mornings, weekends.
