About the Role- Disability Support Worker (Female Only)
Good Conscience PTY LTD is urgently seeking a compassionate and experienced Female Support Worker to provide high physical support to a participant in the Armadale area.
This role is ideal for someone who is caring, reliable, patient, and passionate about supporting people with disabilities to live safely and independently.
Key Responsibilities
Providing personal care and high physical support
Manual handling using standing hoist equipment
Medication assistance and management
Indian meal preparation- Essential
Supporting community access and social participation
Assisting with daily living activities and companionship




Essential Requirements
Previous disability support experience
Experience with manual handling and standing hoist
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Strong communication skills and compassionate approach
Manual handling Certificate
Medication Administration Certificate
NDIS Orientation Module
Infection Control
Preferred
Working With Children Check
Ability to speak Indian languages, especially Malayalam
