We're building the brigade for our new Kent Town venue — whether you're a Commi ready to level up, or a solid cook keen to sharpen your skills in a kitchen that'll actually push you.

every single service
Owning your section — mise, cleanliness, stock rotation, quality control
Moving across pub dining, café, catering and functions as the day demands
Keeping the CDPs and Sous in the loop through service
Backing up the kitchen hands and keeping the vibe tight
HACCP, WHS and food safety, locked in every shift
YOU'VE GOT
Solid experience in a high-volume kitchen
Genuine pride in what leaves your section
A current Food Handler Certificate (non-negotiable)
Cert III in Commercial Cookery — done or in progress, big plus
Fitness for the pace, a cool head under fire, and a team-first attitude
Availability across brekkie, lunch and dinner shifts
