Experienced Barista – Busy CBD Espresso Bar
We're a fast-paced, high-volume espresso bar in the CBD looking for a
reliable, experienced barista
to join our tight-knit team.
We pride ourselves on quality coffee, great food, and genuine customer service.
Our shop has a strong base of regulars we truly care about, and we're only interested in hiring
good people who take pride in what they do
.
What we're looking for:
Proven barista experience
(essential)
Ability to work quickly and calmly under pressure
Initiative and strong problem-solving skills
A sense of humour and positive attitude
Team player who values respect and honesty
Passion for quality coffee and customer service
Key responsibilities include:
Making high-quality coffee consistently
Taking orders (in person and over the phone)
Cash handling
Food preparation
General cleaning and upkeep
(We will cover the cost for you to obtain your Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.)




Availability:
Monday to Sunday
Must be able to start at 5:00am
