With an in-house team of marketers, designers, and developers, we're big enough to work on exciting brands, but small enough that every team member genuinely influences our direction.

What The Role Is..

This is an exciting opportunity for a digital marketing professional already in a leadership position to support, develop and grow our blooming digital team.
You will also manage key accounts while shaping the future of our digital offerings through AI adoption and innovative, client-focused strategies.
This is a permanent, full time, in-house role.
The role is available due to planned maternity leave within our leadership team and offers a rare leadership stepping stone into a well-established department.

We're looking for someone who enjoys improving systems, developing people, challenging ideas, and helping shape the future of our agency.
What You'll Do




Maintain our culture of respect, growth, and teamwork through carefully considered leadership of our marketing and digital team.
Manage your own portfolio of key marketing retainer clients.
Shape the future direction of Bloom's digital services and product offerings.
Champion innovation across evolving marketing technologies and internal processes management.
Contribute to internal Bloom Digital marketing and team initiatives.
Report to the Director while working collaboratively with our Head of Design and Lead Developer.
Help win and grow strategic client partnerships to support new business.
Who You Are
Currently or recently employed in a Head of Digital (or similar) role, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a digital agency setting.
A compassionate team leader with proven experience leading successful, happy teams.
Experienced in managing a large portfolio of retainer clients across a range of industries simultaneously.
An extremely strong communicator in both verbal and written comms, especially in ESL contexts.
A true marketing professional who genuinely lives and breathes the craft.
Calm under pressure and lead with empathy.
Your Skills
Expert-level knowledge of SEO and all digital ad platforms (specifically Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn and Meta).
Advanced expertise in high-level digital strategy.
Highly experienced with Google's suite of tools (GA4, GTM, GSC, etc).




Strong experience across a multitude of CRMs and CMS'.
Actively working to master prompt engineering.
