The Role
As a Performance Media Growth Strategist, you'll be a client-facing operator responsible for delivering exceptional outcomes across a portfolio of high growth clients - while contributing materially to the agency's capability, culture, and commercial maturity.
You'll own performance strategy and execution, with deep expertise in Google Ads, solid experience across Meta Ads and other paid channels, and the confidence to lead the conversations that move the needle.
What You'll Own
Client Strategy & RelationshipsAct as the lead strategic partner for a portfolio of growth-focused clientsOwn account strategy end-to-end, aligning business goals with channel executionLead client meetings, QBRs, and strategy sessions with clarity and authoritySpot risks, opportunities, and inflection points before they become obvious
Performance Marketing & OptimisationOwn execution and optimisation across paid channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and more)Bring deep, hands-on Google Ads expertise - structure, bidding, creative, automation, and analysisTurn performance data into clear insights and decisive actionWork with creative, analytics, and technical teams to drive continuous improvement
Reporting & AnalysisDeliver reporting that drives decisions, not just dashboardsIdentify trends, growth levers,



and performance constraints across accountsStay ahead of platform changes, industry shifts, and competitor moves
Commercial GrowthIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your accountsPartner on new-business pitches with strategic insight and recommendationsWork with leadership to improve retention, LTV, and account health
