ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a driven, sales-savvy Travel Specialist who thrives on connecting clients with unforgettable Australian experiences. With a model that genuinely rewards performance, the only limit is your ambition.
Office based. No face-to-face consulting. Just you, the phone and email, and a passion for all things domestic travel.
ABOUT YOU
You're a people person with a love of travel and a talent for sales. You get a buzz from helping clients plan something special, and you know how to ask for the business. You're proactive, resilient and bring energy to everything you do.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Previous travel sales experience (domestic travel knowledge a big plus)
Robust verbal communication and a warm, confident phone manner




Natural ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Proactive sales mindset - you know how to close while keeping the client front and centre
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Exceptional time management, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Quick to adapt to new systems and processes
Knowledge of Tramada is an advantage - but not essential
Committed to delivering five-star customer service, every time
