Emerson Raine is seeking a
Trainee Strata Manager
to join our energetic team in Subiaco, WA.
This is a full-time position offering an exceptional opportunity to launch your career in body corporate.
As a Trainee Strata Manager, you will work alongside experienced professionals to develop your expertise in strata management, whilst gaining practical knowledge of management systems, legislative requirements, and client relationship management.
This role is instrumental in supporting the efficient operation of residential and commercial strata schemes and will provide you with a comprehensive foundation in the property management industry.
What you'll be doing
Assisting with the day-to-day management of strata schemes and body corporate administration
Preparing and maintaining accurate records of all strata scheme transactions and communications
Providing administrative support to strata owners and residents, responding to enquiries and managing correspondence
Learning and applying relevant strata management legislation and by-laws specific to Western Australian properties
Assisting with the organisation and co-ordination of body corporate meetings.
Supporting the maintenance and compilation of scheme documentation and compliance records
Contributing to the delivery of excellent customer service and professional representation of Emerson Raine
Undertaking training and development activities to build competency in strata management practices
What we're looking for
A strong commitment to pursuing a career in strata and body corporate management




Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
A professional demeanour with a customer service focus and ability to build positive relationships
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and take direction from experienced managers
Sound numeracy skills and competence with financial record-keeping
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge in a practical setting
High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
Familiarity with Western Australian strata legislation or a willingness to develop this knowledge is highly desirable
Experience in property management, business administration or similar field is preferred, though not essential for the right candidate
