The Opportunity- Quarry Manager
As Quarry Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of quarry performance.
This is a senior role with accountability for safety, people, production, compliance, and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with executive leadership to shape operational strategy while maintaining a strong on-site presence and culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead & supervise quarry and plant operations with full accountability for safety, production, and compliance.
Lead, mentor,



and develop the operational teams.
Manage budgets, resources, plant performance, and production planning.
Build strong relationships with regulators, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Support maintenance activities and continuous improvement.
About You
Significant experience in quarry or extractive operations leadership.
Strong commercial and operational acumen.
Sound knowledge of leading from the front, demonstrating strong safety awareness.
Confident decision-maker with a team-oriented leadership style.
Values-driven and people-focused.
