About the Role
Join the CALHN Metabolic and Bariatric Unit and help deliver a welcoming, effective and patient-centred service.
You'll provide high-quality administrative support to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring patients, clinicians and stakeholders receive exceptional service every step of the way.
Support clinic administration and patient services
Coordinate appointments, referrals and enquiries
Maintain accurate records and data systems
Liaise with clinicians and hospital teams
Deliver responsive customer service and admin support
About You
You're a customer-focused administrator who thrives in a busy healthcare environment and enjoys supporting patients and multidisciplinary teams.
Experience in healthcare administration or customer service
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
Ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy
Commitment to confidentiality and quality service
