located in Castle Hill, to support the recruitment of a General Psychologist to join the business. Established in **** and owned by a highly respected Occupational Therapist, Grace Children's Therapy is committed to leading the way in research, clinical development, and evidence-based intervention for children and families.

About the Day-to-Day Duties:
Deliver high-quality psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions for children
Provide emotional, behavioural and developmental support using evidence-based frameworks
Work collaboratively with families, educators, and allied health professionals
Assist in enhancing service delivery, innovation and best-practice initiatives
Uphold the organisation's child-centred philosophy and core values
Offer guidance and support to parents, teachers, schools, early childhood services and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care across environments
Conduct school and home visits when appropriate to implement strategies in natural settings
Assist families in navigating funding pathways and available support options
About You – The Successful Psychologist
Tertiary qualifications in Psychology
AHPRA registration as a General Psychologist
Experience or strong interest in paediatric and developmental practice
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Passion for evidence-based intervention and ongoing career development
Commitment to collaborative, child-centred and family-focused care
