SA Allied Health Group is a growing South Australian occupational rehabilitation provider specialising in workplace rehabilitation, injury management and return-to-work services.
We're looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist who enjoys building relationships, working autonomously and making a genuine difference in people's recovery and return-to-work journey.
The role also provides chance to work closely with employers to make meaningful change with the organisation developing tools and resources to manage injuries at the front end.
About the Role
You will provide:
· Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Assessments
· Worksite Assessments
· Graduated Return to Work (GRTW) development and monitoring
· Rehabilitation and Return to Work Services
· Job Dictionary Development
· Ergonomic Assessments
· Functional Capacity Evaluations
You'll work closely with workers, employers, insurers, GPs and treating practitioners to support safe, sustainable return-to-work outcomes.

About You
Essential Requirements
· AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist
· Minimum 2 years' clinical experience
· Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
· Experience in occupational rehabilitation, workplace rehabilitation, injury management, workers compensation or return-to-work services highly regarded
· Experience conducting workplace assessments, ADL assessments, ergonomic assessments or functional assessments
· Knowledge of ReturnToWorkSA and the South Australian workers compensation environment
· Solid communication and report-writing skills
· Ability to build effective relationships with workers, employers, insurers and treating practitioners
· Ability to work independently and manage a mobile caseload
