Gold Coast and Brisbane

We are looking for reliable, safety-focused workers who take pride in their work and can work effectively as part of a team.
We have opportunities available for both
full-time and casual Scaffolders
, with consistent ongoing work available.
We are also seeking an experienced
Leading Hand / Supervisor
to take on additional responsibility and help oversee scaffold crews and projects.
What you'll be doing
Safely erect, dismantle and modify scaffolding structures in accordance with project requirements
Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects to a high standard
Follow all workplace health and safety requirements and company procedures
Load, unload and handle scaffolding materials and equipment
Maintain a clean, organized and safe worksite
Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members and other site personnel
For the Leading Hand / Supervisor role, assist with coordinating crews and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
What we're looking for
Previous experience working as a
Scaffolder
Relevant scaffolding experience and skills across
Basic,
Intermediate, Advanced
levels
Current
High Risk Work Licence
Current
White Card
Reliable transport and a current driver's licence
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Positive communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Reliable, punctual and hardworking

The successful candidate will have strong scaffolding experience, good leadership and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate a team while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and productivity.
