Reporting to the Service Team, you will be responsible for carrying out rubber lining activities within our workshop and on client sites as required.
You will also play a key role in supporting and mentoring our current trainee, helping to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety across the team.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out rubber lining work within the workshop setting
Perform site-based rubber lining activities as required
Prepare, apply and inspect rubber lining systems in accordance with company and client standards
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
Assist with the training and development of apprentices and trainees
Maintain equipment, tools and work areas in a clean and serviceable condition
Adhere to all company safety procedures, policies and quality requirements
About You
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Working at Heights, Confined Space, Gast Test Atmosphere tickets - within 2years
White Card
Previous experience as a Rubber Liner within mining, industrial or maintenance environments
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and reliable work ethic
Willingness to work overtime when required
