Working closely with nursing teams, clinical leaders, students and education providers, you will help create positive learning experiences and support development of a skilled and confident nursing workforce.
The Role

The Clinical Coordinator- PEP provides clinical leadership, coordination and support to the Qualified Experience Placement ( PEP) program. The role works collaboratively with nursing staff, students, education providers and key stakeholders to facilitate high- quality clinical learning experiences and support a positive and safe learning environment.
You will need

Demonstrated clinical leadership, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate and support staff and students in the clinical environment
Demonstrated ability to provide education, supervision, coaching and professional support to promote safe, evidence-based nursing practice.
Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse and relevant clinical experience.

Details of appointment

Fixed term part time, day worker position, working up to 8 hours per fortnight, commencing 1 September **** until 31 December ****.

*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Salary

$109,767 to $115,813 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance withNurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement ****.

In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:




Post Graduate Allowance of up to 10% based on qualification type

Rural Professional Development Allowance of an additional salary allowance of 4%

Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse

Holds or is working towards relevant Post Graduate qualifications
