La Cucina + Bar in Port Douglas is seeking a skilled waiter/waitress to join our team!

We pride ourselves on delivering a memorable dining experience to all our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and set tables to ensure a welcoming and organised dining environment.
Greet guests, present menus and beverage lists, and provide recommendations as required.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to kitchen and bar staff.
Respond to customer enquiries and assist with dietary requirements.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
Clear tables,
return dishes and cutlery to the kitchen, and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area.
Remove empty bottles and used glassware from tables and refill or replace items as required.
Process customer payments using POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in similar roles is required
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
This is a Full Time role.
Salary: $68,000–$73,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience.
Australian citizens and permanent residents will have priority.
