Job Description
You are at the heart of the hotel!
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable and welcoming space while helping create a memorable experience throughout their stay.
Service and clean allocated guest rooms in accordance with brand standardsMake beds, clean bathrooms and ensure rooms are presented to a high standardCheck and restock guest room amenities and suppliesRestock and maintain housekeeping trolleysMaintain cleanliness of guest corridors and surrounding areasReport maintenance issues, lost property or any concerns to the Housekeeping team
As a Houseperson, you will be an significant part of our Housekeeping team, providing hands-on support across the hotel and ensuring our team has everything they need to keep rooms and guest areas running smoothly.
Deliver and collect linen, towels, amenities and housekeeping supplies throughout the hotelMaintain linen rooms, storage areas and housekeeping equipmentAssist Room Attendants with additional supplies and operational requirementsSupport with the removal of rubbish, used linen and other items from guest floorsMaintain cleanliness of guest corridors, service areas and back-of-house spacesRespond to guest and team requests efficiently and professionally




As an Overnight Public Area Attendant, you will help ensure our hotel remains clean, welcoming and well presented throughout the night, taking ownership of the cleanliness of our shared guest spaces.
Clean and maintain hotel public areas, including the lobby, lifts, corridors and guest facilitiesClean and restock public bathrooms throughout the shiftComplete scheduled deep-cleaning and overnight cleaning tasksMaintain cleanliness of high-traffic guest areas and respond to any cleaning requirements as they ariseEnsure cleaning equipment, supplies and work areas are maintained safely and appropriatelyWork independently during overnight hours while supporting the wider hotel team when requiredMaintain a high standard of presentation throughout Friday and Saturday night shifts
Qualifications
Warm and caring personalityPrevious housekeeping experience is an assetAbility to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcomingExcellent organizational skills and time managementPhysically fit and able to do cleaning tasks Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
