About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will take a hands-on leadership role coordinating shutdown crews and overseeing the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of maintenance scopes across mining and heavy industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate shutdown crews to safely deliver technical scopes on time and to required standards
Provide strong safety leadership and promote a positive safety and wellbeing culture on site
Coordinate workforce, resources and equipment to maximise productivity and performance
Apply your trade and technical knowledge to ensure accurate, high-quality execution of work
Monitor work progress, identify potential issues and implement effective solutions
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and promptly address quality or performance issues
Engage, motivate and develop team members through clear expectations, coaching and feedback
Maintain strong communication with clients, site representatives and internal stakeholders
Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to repeat business opportunities
Adapt to changing scopes, priorities and site requirements to ensure efficient delivery
Ensure work is completed in accordance with site safety systems, procedures and client requirements
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
A recognised
Mechanical Trade Qualification
or relevant trade background
Minimum 3 years' experience in mining, shutdowns or heavy industry, including at least 2 years in a Leading Hand,



Team Leader or Supervisory role
Extensive fixed plant maintenance experience, with demonstrated experience across crushers, screens, conveyors, feeders and associated mineral processing equipment
Mobile plant experience will be highly regarded
Section 26 Supervisor Certification
Strong understanding of safety, quality and compliance requirements
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in high-pressure shutdown environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and site personnel
Willingness to commit to consistent shutdown-to-shutdown assignments and ongoing opportunities
