About the role
We are seeking a skilled
Front-End Loader to join our team at our Mittagong Quarry.
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for operating a range of heavy machinery to support the efficient extraction and processing of high-quality quarry materials.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain heavy equipment,



with a primary focus on front-end loader and excavator operations
Conduct protected and effective excavation and material handling operations
Perform daily pre-start checks and routine inspections to ensure plant and equipment are safe and operational
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and quality standards
Follow all site safety procedures, policies, and regulatory guidelines
What we're looking for
Experience operating Front-End Loaders and excavators in a quarry, mining, or similar environment
Experience with Excavators is highly regarded
Solid understanding of quarry operations and materials processing
Demonstrated ability to work safely and efficiently under minimal supervision
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to workplace health, safety, and environmental standards
