Join the dynamic team at Kaefer Integrated Services Pty Ltd as a Payroll Officer.
In this full-time Fixed-Term role based in Perth CBD, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of payroll for the company.
Key Responsibilities
Process payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain employee records and update payroll information as required
Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation and regulations
Assist in the preparation of payroll reports and related documentation
Provide support and guidance to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries
Collaborate with the finance and HR teams to ensure seamless payroll operations
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of proven experience in a payroll officer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of payroll processing and relevant payroll legislation and regulations
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
Experience with high volume.
Experience with SAP
Proficiency in using payroll software and data management systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
