About the role
We're building the opening team at Virtual Greens and looking for
friendly, energetic Bar Staff and Hospitality All-Rounders
who know how to make customers feel welcome.
This isn't just about pouring drinks.
You'll be part of the whole Virtual Greens experience – serving customers, keeping the venue running smoothly and helping create the relaxed, social atmosphere we want to be known for.
Whether our customers are here for a serious round of golf, a few drinks with mates or have absolutely no idea how to swing a club, we want them to have a great time.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
Providing friendly and professional customer service
Taking orders and processing payments
Keeping the bar and customer areas clean, stocked and organised
Assisting with opening and closing duties
Supporting food and beverage service
Helping customers throughout the venue
Working closely with the wider Virtual Greens team
Most importantly – helping create a fun, welcoming atmosphere
About you
We're looking for people who are:
Friendly, confident and great with customers
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working in a busy environment
Happy to work as part of a team and jump in where needed
Well presented with good communication skills
Available for a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
Ready to learn and bring a positive attitude to work
Previous bar or hospitality experience is
preferred but not essential
– we're just as interested in finding the right people with the right attitude.
A current
RSA is preferred; however, applicants willing to obtain their RSA will also be considered.
And don't worry –
you don't need to know anything about golf!

Day, evening and weekend shifts available
Opportunity for ongoing employment and progression as Virtual Greens grows
Pay rates in accordance with the applicable Award, including applicable penalties and casual loading
