Industrial Glass & Aluminium are seeking an experienced and reliable subcontractor specializing in both residential and commercial frame installation and glazing.
You will be responsible for the safe, productive, and precise installation of residential aluminium doors and windows, shopfronts and office partitioning.

Key Responsibilities
1.
Frame Installation:
Accurately install aluminium framing systems for residential windows/doors and commercial projects
2.
Glass Installation:
Handle and install various types of glass (toughened, laminated, double-glazed units, low-E) with precision.
3.
Measurement
Take accurate site measurements and electronically relay all relevant deductions, allowances, trims, and pressing requirements to the office.
4.
Hardware Fitting:
Install hinges, locks, awning winders, handles, and other architectural hardware according to project requirements.
5.
Quality & Compliance:
Ensure all work complies with Australian Standards, safety regulations, and warranty requirements.
6.
Client & Site Communication:
Maintain a professional demeanour on-site,



coordinating effectively with project managers, builders, and other trades.
Requirements & Qualifications
1.
Proven Experience:
Demonstrated hands-on experience in both residential and commercial framing and glazing.
2.
Licenses & Certifications:
1. Current drivers licence.
2. Current White Card (General Construction Induction Card).
3. Working Safely at Heights and High-Risk Work Licenses (Boom Lift / Scissor Lift / EWP) are highly advantageous.
3.
Equipment & Tools:
Reliable vehicle (ute/van), appropriate hand and power tools and safety gear (PPE).
4.
Compliance:
Valid ABN, relevant Public Liability Insurance ($10M+), and Workers' Compensation Insurance Policies
5.
Work Ethic:
Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and a commitment to keeping work sites clean and safe.
